To use your SweatZone stick, simply apply an ample layer to any slow-to-respond target areas. The most common application areas include the midsection, arms, thighs, and calves. Make sure skin is completely free of lotions, moisturizers or other skin care products before applying.
How do I use the SweatZone belt with the balm?
After applying SweatZone, wrap the belt around your waist and use the hook-and-loop fastener (Velcro) to secure. From there, the belt acts as a personal sauna for your midsection, warming up your muscles and increasing sweat.
What kind of workout works best with SweatZone?
